CURRICULUM

Our curriculum at Thunderbird is based on children’s natural curiosity about the world around them. Specific learning activities in Language, Science, Math, Art, Music and Movement are incorporated in our themes.

Creative expression is valued in all phases of our program and each child is encouraged to grow and learn at his or her own unique rate of development.

Field Trips:

During the school year, each class will take four (4) special Field Trips to places of educational interest to young children. Our activity fee includes the cost of bus rentals for these trips. On field trip days, afternoon classes come early to facilitate the bus schedule.
